“Even though it is extremely crowded and noisy, as a girl I always feel relatively safer when I enter Lajpat Nagar as it is so well-lit and active.
Every small thing imaginable can be bought here at a reasonable price. Basically, it is a heaven for shoppers. In addition, there are a lot of great street food options and there are no issues in availing any mode of transport.
The flip side is that aggressive stray dogs are a major hassle if you live here. I almost forgot.. I have seen some bloodbath over parking spots!“
