How to Reach Sahori Village:

  • “The village is part of Aligarh Division, in Etah district. Block headquarters are located in Jaithara. Datauli, Patsua and Ahmadpur villages are nearby”
  • From Etah town, one has to go off the national highway (NH 31) for 44 km to reach Sahori village
  • Sahori can be accessed via Etah-Aliganj-Kaimgang Road or via Etah-Patiyali-Naradoli Road
  • Private Car/Cab from Etah (40km), Kasganj (~50 km), Aligarh (~110 km) or Mainpuri Bus Stand (~52 km) to reach Sahori village
  • The closest railway station is Etah Railway Station (45 km). Major station is Kasganj Junction (53 km)

The 108-acre pristine fort was built in 12th century on a tiny mound, clamming the biggest moat encircling around it. Maize, corn, wheat, bajra are common crops. Not much rice is grown in Sahori.
